Cancellation policy
When you book in with us here at The Studio, we reserve not only a stylist but also reserve time just for you, to ensure we can deliver you the service you deserve.
Whilst we have often have a waitlist, we can find it almost impossible to fill cancelled spots at short notice, as those on the wait list can’t just change their schedules at the last minute either. No shows are not only disrespectful but have a significant impact not only on our other clients but on our team.
When booking an appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit which is at the value of 25% of the service you are booking.
Please know, your deposit is not an additional charge, it goes towards you balance and will be taken off your final invoice total.
We are not about just taking deposits for no reason, the only way you would ever forfeit your deposit is if you ‘no show’ your appointment or cancel your scheduled appointment within 48hrs.
Things happen and schedules change, you do not need to give us a reason as to why but please just let us know 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule. Your deposit will be refunded or transferred to your new appointment date.
Having a 48 hour minimum cancellation period will give us a fair opportunity to fill your vacant spot.

All deposits are deducted off your booked service.
We will refund deposits for appointments cancelled prior to 48hours before your scheduled appointment.
